About Me
I first became interested in learning about natural health for animals when one of my dogs – Chloe – was diagnosed with hip damage at around eight months old, and underwent hip surgery a few years later.
I didn’t want to rely on drugs to manage her pain for the rest of her life, so tried to find anyone who could help – chiropractor, physio, massage therapist and so on. I wasn’t able to find anyone who worked for us, so decided to learn how to do it myself.
In 2024 I adopted Maggie, who is the first dog I’ve lived with who needs haircuts. Again, I decided to learn how to do it myself – initially just for Maggie. Later I decided to complete a Professional Dog Groomer course.
Chloe showed me the path to massage, nutrition, and Bowen Therapy; and Maggie pointed me to dog grooming.
